Hardgainer Project X Review

So it's been a few weeks since the launch of Hardgainer Project X and I have been able to test drive the workout for the past few weeks as well so I thought I would sum up my findings in a Hardgainer Project X review.

I will go straight into the training. I have come from a previous background where I was lifting heavy weight only and yes I did achieve results but they were mainly in strength gains not in appearance. This was the first thing Jeff Anderson taught me in Hardgainer Project X was that I have to be doing exercises that target all muscle fibres.

So the training is basically a mix between heavy lifting with low reps and then more isolated exercises with lower weight and higher reps and together these stimulate all your muscles. So I was getting strength gains as well as size gains (finally!).

Jeff's teaching is straight to the point and clear, he doesn't use big words and explains everything very clearly and methodically. I was never left scratching my head and going "What The...!"

The nutrition guide is handy, I already new a lot about this topic already in regards to hardgainers but Jeff presented the material in a fresh way and I did learn about a few foods I should be eating to gain weight.

I already have Jeff's supplement program so this part I knew about some things as well but Jeff's aim in this was specifically for skinny guys so I learnt a few ways to use what I was already taking but at the right times (which is very important).

So overall I am very impressed with Hardgainer Project X and will continue following the principles and trainings and I will report back with another Hardgainer Project X review in the weeks to come.
